We began working with INSIGHT in 2001 and have developed key messages, created press kits, generated media opportunities, and wrote press materials that have gotten INSIGHT features in such magazines as Food Logistics, World Trade, Industry Week, Manufacturing Business Technology, Forbes, Supply Chain Management Review, Logistics Management, Electronic Commerce World, and Modern Material Handling.

We helped them productize the X–SystemTM, INSIGHT's optimization engine that is the heart of its products and services. This productizing opened entirely new distribution channels for the company. The firm's profile has risen significantly with the press coverage obtained. INSIGHT's market position, as leading supplier to top, global companies has proven very successful in establishing their rightful place in the market.

Most recently, the firm introduced a major revision of their software, SAILS, which addresses unforeseen vulnerability in supply chains, such as caused by terrorism, natural disasters, and other issues.
