He has over 16 years experience, including an extensive background in Enterprise Resource Planning, Custom System Development and Business-to-Business eCommerce. Prior to RubberNetwork, Mr. Katz was the Director of Implementation Services for USI’s Ariba Practice (Formerly CoreHarbor) and has held Senior Manager positions in Arthur Andersen's Advanced Technology and ERP practices.

Brian is a third-generation owner of UNEX, falling in the footsteps of his father, Mark, uncle, Brian, and grandfather, Frank. Brian C. Neuwirth has been in the material handling industry for over 15 years and is involved in or holds leadership positions in numerous industry associations. She has held leadership positions at global logistics companies BAX Global, DB Schenker, and Americold managing large-scale projects. At Elemica, she has participated in technology design, development, and implementations for global companies in the process industries. Cindi holds a master-level degree in operations research and mathematics from Auburn University. She is a Pragmatic Marketing certified product manager and is currently the Board Chair of the Technology Association of Georgia’s Supply Chain & Logistics Society.

Gary Neights, Product Manager, Elemica

As Elemica’s Senior Director, Product Management, Gary Neights, is responsible for innovations in digital supply networks for products that Elemica clients sell through their supply chains. This includes decision support systems driven by predictive analytics and the use of blockchain for lineage management and smart contracts. Gary started his career as an officer in the USMC focused on supply chain activities to keep frontline aircraft mission-capable. After that worked at GP Strategies (formerly RWD Technologies) supporting technology initiatives for companies including Chevron, Coca Cola, Conexant, Dow, Exxon, Ford, IBM, Lyondell, Mobil, P&G, and SAP.

Gary holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an MS in Business Administration from Boston University.
