NANCY NIETO JOINS TLC SPECIALTIES, EXPERIENCED EXECUTIVE MANAGER OF WIRELESS PROJECTS

Nancy's abilities enable TLC to expand the scope and territorial reach of services. The addition of Nancy and these new services benefit TLC clients because she brings additional senior project management skill and wireless industry experience.

Nancy Nieto served as an executive for a publicly traded [NYSE] firm, handled operations of large project staff, created win-win proposals and contract terms, and completed site engineering and build-out of wireless networks, both cellular and PCS. She brings significant wireless technology and implementation expertise, such as CDMA, TDMA, microwave, interconnect, antenna systems, RF system optimization, voice and data services, and switching centers. Nancy handled multi-million dollar projects with high client satisfaction. She identified critical success factors for client projects and developed training, constructability analyses, site cost analysis, and other assessments that saved client time and money.

Nancy recently served as assistant vice president of MasTec North America, with business development and operations responsibilities in the Southeastern United States, the Caribbean and Latin America. Prior to MasTec, she held domestic and international, management and project director positions with Berliner Communications and Scrima Contracting based in New York.
