"Start living, eating and sleeping in the new time zone a day before you leave," he suggests. "I like this for travelling to Asia or the Pacific. These flights can last more than 24 hours with stops. Adjusting to a twelve-hour change is difficult for many, but this techniques really works for me. I am fine on day two."
