The ServiceLogic Rapid Deployment Program is unique in
the industry not only because it delivers a solution in 45 days but also
because this solution is fully operational and ready to evaluate¾not like a product demo or pilot
version that has been simplified for fast implementation. With the Rapid
Deployment Program, customers can quickly and accurately confirm the value of
ServiceLogic for their specific needs, based on detailed, “real world” metrics

With ServiceLogic, work orders are electronically generated, distributed, and tracked. Previously, MGE handled all work orders and dispatching through paper forms. ServiceLogic can eliminate the time, labor and errors involved with processing work order paperwork. The system can also help tighten appointment time windows and reduce technician drive time through automated routing. And because ServiceLogic provides wireless data communications with the field, the time spent by technicians waiting for dispatchers over the radio can be reduced or completely eliminated.
Flexible, In-depth Reports
MGE expects ServiceLogic to help increase field service accountability and efficiency. The system generates a range of flexible, detailed reports that track technician performance and efficiency. This helps management balance the distribution of work orders among technicians, ensure regulatory compliance, increase service delivery effectiveness, and improve customer satisfaction.
Centralized Dispatch for Multiple Regions
ServiceLogic enables scheduling, routing, and dispatching for multiple regions to be managed from one or several locations. This allows, for example, a single dispatcher to manage several regions during night shifts or other slow-traffic periods. MGE plans to use this multi-regional dispatch capability in a number of service areas to help increase technician-to-dispatcher ratios, support scalability, and improve operational efficiencies.
