OPTIMUS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES 31% REVENUE GROWTH IN 2005

Revenues Hit $92 Million, Up From $70 Million in 2004

NORCROSS, GEORGIA – January 24, 2006 – Optimus Solutions, a comprehensive IT products and solutions provider, announces 2005 revenues of $92 million, an increase of 31% over last year's $70 million. This is Optimus' seventh consecutive year of revenue growth, which the company attributes to key acquisitions that enhance service offerings, a new consulting division with expanded services such as Microsoft competencies, regional offices that expand the company's reach to customers, and high-powered partnerships with software leaders such as BEA and BusinessObjects.

Optimus Consulting (OC), a newly formed consulting division, assists businesses in the full lifecycle of application development, from discovery through deployment. The Optimus Consulting staff consists of experienced IT professionals from Eagle Technology Consultants and Mahre Consulting, who merged with the existing Optimus team of information architects, consultants, analysts, and developers to form new practice areas in Middleware and System Integration, Business Process Management, Collaborative Solutions and Web-Enabled Solutions. A world-class data center in the Chicago area offers a full range of managed IT services including hosting, administration, storage, network, security, and system management.

New business partnerships with key vendors such as BEA and BusinessOjects have enabled Optimus to offer the latest technology innovations in the areas of service-oriented architectures (SOA), reporting, and performance tuning. Optimus' growing Internetworking Solutions practice provides converged voice, video, and data technologies from Cisco that increase workplace collaboration and employee productivity, reduce upfront capital expenditures, and enhance customer service capabilities. Optimus' team of security experts offer compliance and risk assessments that protect clients' critical systems from outside threats in accordance with industry regulations such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley.
