OPTIMUS SOLUTIONS ANNOUNCES 85% GROWTH

Division Revenues Hit $37 Million In 2003, Up From $20 Million In 2002

NORCROSS, GEORGIA – February 1, 2004 – Optimus Solutions, a leading provider of Information Technology (IT) solutions, announces continued growth in revenues for 2003. This year's revenues of $37 million are up from $20 million in 2002. In 2003 the company added new lines of business, distribution channels, solutions, and services. Optimus also added Steve Johnson as executive vice president and general manager to expand on their dedication to customers and key industry partnerships. Johnson and his team brought the firm valued expertise in database integration, enterprise messaging and collaboration, and information security.

Success in data center moves, server consolidations and storage area networks (SAN) propels Optimus Solutions ever higher in the IT value chain. With the first quarter acquisition of Chicago-based Aspen Consulting, Optimus Solutions successfully enhanced storage management and information security practices with Aspen's expertise in IBM pSeries, Tivoli and TotalStorage products.

Strong business performance drew recognition from the industry, including a VARBusiness magazine ranking of 186 among the top 500 Value Added Resellers (VARs) and a second year on CRN magazine's list of “Top 25 Rising Stars.”; Optimus was also recognized among the fifty fastest growing private companies in Atlanta, according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2003.

Effective this year-end 2003, OHC, LLC is reporting separate results for divisions including Optimus Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary. The holding company attained its 2003 revenue goal of $153 million, which is the fifth year of sustained corporate growth. Revenues grew 23% in 2003, up from $124M in 2002 and $101M in 2001.
