(Bob) Belshaw to Chief Operating Officer (COO) from vice president. Mr. Belshaw continues to serve on INSIGHTÕs board of directors. With this appointment, INSIGHT establishes BobÕs role of operational control that focuses the firm on furthering its leading position in strategic supply chain design for the worldÕs largest firms with INSIGHTÕs flagship product, SAILS 21®. As INSIGHT Chief Operating Officer (COO), Bob Belshaw is responsible for operations including consulting services, client support, marketing, sales, and business development.

Bob Belshaw is a twenty-five year veteran of sales, marketing, operations, Information Technology (IT), and executive management in logistics and supply chain technology. Prior to INSIGHT, Bob was with Ryder; led i2 implementations at Ford and Apple Computer; implemented the first Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carrier use of mobile and wireless data communications for Arnold Industries. At Manugistics, he ran a new vertical transport market and justified selection by IBM as vendor of choice. He was consultant and development manager on the FedEx second day linehaul network. Bob began in industrial engineering, performing the classical efficiency improvements and holding positions of increasing responsibility with Carolina Freight and Trans Tech.
Bob graduated from Lehigh University a B.S. Industrial Engineering and completed additional courses at the Wharton School of Business.
